I placed an order with Bungzie.com on 3/20/2016. My bank cleared the payment on 3/22. As of 4/21/2016, the order is listed by Bungzie as "processing." However on their website, the item is listed as "in stock" and that it ships within 24-48 hours. Despite many sent emails, submitted requests via their customer service form, and messages on Facebook, I have not received any response from the company. They claim to have 24/7 customer service...

I would avoid making any purchases from this company at all. Reading other reviews, this appears to be a common problem at this company. Searching for information reveals both NY and NJ addresses. Their phone number has a single word uttered in a foreign language and a beep.

This form requires a minimum of 100 words. Is that really necessary?

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "non existant customer service and failure to deliver product" of bungzie customer care and associated monetary loss in the amount of $40. Bungzie needs to have the product delivered according to poster's claims.
