DO NOT order from Bungzie!

I ordered from Bungzie.com on August 1. They never sent my order, and never responded to multiple emails over a couple of weeks asking for information or a refund. I subsequently saw online many other people reporting the same thing on several review sites. Bungzie.com are either really inept or they're crooks; my vote would be for the latter. I'm not out much money at all on this failed transaction, but it's still very annoying. Here's the moral of this little story: check reviews of any unfamiliar online retailer before ordering from them. (Why does Pissed Consumer require a review of at least 100 words? I can tell my story completely in fewer.)

File a dispute with your card provider

Like many others, ordered a shoe rack 2 months ago and never received it. No response to emails. The online chat doesn't even open for me. Go to your credit card provider and open a dispute. Make sure to print or save a pdf of your order from their site in case it's requested. bungzie might close your account, which would make the original order unreachable. Don't buy anything here...They'll take your money and never ship your item, nor will they ever respond to emails. I purchased a shoe rack on 4/8/16. They took my money fast enough, but never heard from them again. My order status is still set at "Processing" 2 months later. They supposedly have 24/7 customer service-more like NO SERVICE. Repeated emails have had no replies and no results BEWARE. What more can I say? Terrible online store

I bought a fitness tracker, it arrived DOA. I tried contacting company by email and phone and on their website but no response. Luckily my credit card company reversed the charge and agreed to investigate. I didn't hear back from them so I guess they had no luck either. I got my money back from the credit card company but what about Bungzie? Do they get to keep the money too? They sell shoddy products and are not accountable to their customers. I do not recommend them because I think they are a disreputable company with poor sales practices. I will avoid them in the future and I suggest you do the same.

I placed an order with Bungzie.com on 3/20/2016. My bank cleared the payment on 3/22. As of 4/21/2016, the order is listed by Bungzie as "processing." However on their website, the item is listed as "in stock" and that it ships within 24-48 hours. Despite many sent emails, submitted requests via their customer service form, and messages on Facebook, I have not received any response from the company. They claim to have 24/7 customer service... I would avoid making any purchases from this company at all. Reading other reviews, this appears to be a common problem at this company. Searching for information reveals both NY and NJ addresses. Their phone number has a single word uttered in a foreign language and a beep. This form requires a minimum of 100 words. Is that really necessary?

Simply put. They take your order; take your money. And you don't hear from them again. Please visit their FaceBook page and warn others. I ordered a small lamp on March 10, 2016 and have yet to receive it two months later. I was told initially (after contacting them a month after having made my order) that there was a problem in their shipping dept. and that I'd get a tracking number within 48 hours. When that time period came and went I emailed and was told the tracking # would be provided within 24 hours. When that time period came and went I sent another email. Haven't heard from them since. Don't waste your time with this scam outfit.

I placed an order for 2 items, received only 1 item and no word or status on second item. I have reached out to customer care to no avail. Company does not list ph#, only email. Complete rip off. I will never purchase another item from this place. Only reason I have not unsubscribed is because I'm waiting on a reply and scared if I unsubscribe or send to spam, I'll never get a reply. My next step is to contact my bank and dispute ALL charges. Consumers need more protection from scam site like this one and all of its affiliates. SHOPPER BEWARE: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE

Bungzie - Two Months and still not shipped
Bungzie is the worst!! I ordered from Bungzie over two months ago and still have not received my items. I emailed them a few weeks ago and with no response to my email they setup a tracking slip on 12-1-2015. Today is 12-10-2015 and it shows the delivery is still in the warehouse and not dropped of to USPS. I asked for my shipment to be sent ASAP with priority but that email has not been responded to. I will never use this website again. If there is no response to my email from the 24-7 customer service tomorrow I am contacting the BBB.

Ignore the BBB. If the company is a BBB member, which is doubtful, the BBB has *no* authority to do anything at all except note that the company has unresolved complaints. Contact your credit card company and request a refund for non-delivery of merchandise.

No response from customer service either. Stay away is my only advice. Why do I need to write 100 words for a review for it to publish? Stop reading now as the rest is rubbish filler. 100 words, really? Like people need to read a novel when they want a review on a company. Pissed consumer is a good name for this website cuz the website itself *** me off with *** rules. Wow only 67 words. Got some more to go. I cant get this company to even respond to an email. I take that back, at the 30 day mark they said Id have my order in 2 days and that was 10 days ago. Since then I have blitzed them with emails and Facebook messages and they will not respond. All over a measly $18. terrible terrible terrible company. Website claims 24/7 service and easy refunds...ha, that's a laugh. Ive been making intermittent reviews on their facebook page which immediately get deleted, so I know they are aware. just send me my money back. Shame on you 1sale.com for working with such an unscrupulous vendor. They are an embarrassment

Where is the merchandise?

Ordered warm wool socks or my brother in law for a Christmas present late November its Jan 31 and nothing in site. Two to four weeks my tail feathers. I contacted my bank and explained the issue and they have credited me back the cost for the item that was never received. I intend to never do any business with the company again. I will try to find out who they are affiliated with and not do any business there as well. These are just scammers I am sure.

Hi,I've ordered few items on this website on Oct 22 2015, after 3 wks of my order status is Processing, wrote 5-6 e-mails, on proper reply. Customer care is Pathetic and irresponsible. I am going to make dispute in my credit card statement.Initially when I wrote e-mail to customer care about status of my order, I got response as below; 11/02/15 Hello, I was able to look into your order and it looks like there is a system error where the order was not assigned to a warehouse to ship from.
